About the Role

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead the engineering team in optimizing our client's manufacturing processes. Projects You'll Work On

What Experience You Should Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, with a solid understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing setting, with the ability to manage, inspire, and develop an engineering team.
• Extensive knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies, including Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma.
• Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments to drive results.
• In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in a manufacturing environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering, offering advanced knowledge of complex manufacturing systems.
• Six Sigma certification, ideally Black Belt or equivalent, to lead data-driven improvements.
• Demonstrated experience with Lean manufacturing principles and process optimization in a mid-to-large-scale production environment.
