Manufacturing Engineering Technician
: Job Details :

* Analyze current operations, tools, and work instructions.

* Maintain the current operation flow and methods defined by the Manufacturing Engineers.

* Build carts, racks and fixtures to support the operation and improve safety and ergonomics.

* Review current state of the operation and bring improvement ideas.

* Read 3D models and work in excel to perform operation analysis.

QUALIFICATIONS

* Associate or Bachelor's required. MBA preferred

* Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred

* 1-3 years of work experience

* Experience in the Switchgear manufacturing operation.

* Technical degree preferred.

* 2 years of switchgear or busbar experience.

* Experience working with hand tools.

* Proactivity.

* Geometrical dimensions and tolerances knowledge.

* Must have experience working in mechanical and/or electrical processes.

* Proficiency to do problem solving and root cause analysis.
