You'll be:• Ensuring the safety of production equipment by complying with regulations and industry standards.• Troubleshooting and repairing production equipment to minimize downtime.• Completing scheduled preventative maintenance tasks and adjusting requirements as necessary.• Providing training and mentoring to production associates.• Identifying and implementing improvements to reduce costs and improve quality.This job might be an outstanding fit if you:• Have a High School Diploma (Advanced education in a scientific field preferred).• Have a minimum of 3-5 years of technical mechanical and/or electrical experience.• Are capable of troubleshooting automated equipment, electronics, sensors, motors, servos, and pneumatics.• Have experience with automated production equipment in a manufacturing environment.• Have strong mechanical skills and proficiency with hand and power tools.• Have strong verbal and written communication skills.• Are proficient in PC applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.What happens next:Once you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
