The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in MES technologies and demonstrate the ability to drive system adoption and best practices across multiple teams within the organization. This role serves as a critical bridge between production floor operations, technical development teams, and senior management.Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert on the MES platform, providing insights and guidance to optimize its use.
- Engage with plant personnel to gather requirements, identify challenges, and explore opportunities for system enhancement and training.
- Create comprehensive training materials and deliver training sessions to ensure effective use of the MES system.
- Manage the rollout of new features, coordinating with both corporate and plant teams to ensure seamless integration.
- Align user requests with organizational goals, prioritizing system improvements and feature enhancements accordingly.
- Monitor system updates, communicating changes and enhancements to relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with technical teams to integrate and test new functionalities, ensuring a unified system experience.
- Advise corporate and plant management on maximizing system capabilities to drive process and productivity enhancements.
- Mentor manufacturing managers and leaders in the adoption of new technologies to foster continuous development.
- Travel to company facilities is required approximately 15-20% of the time.Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems is essential.
- Knowledge of ISA88 batch processing, OEE concepts, SPC control, databases, and reporting systems is advantageous.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for collaboration across diverse teams.Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in manufacturing, focusing on continuous improvement, maintenance, operations, or engineering.
- Project management experience is a plus.
