Are you ready to kick-start your career in a dynamic and supportive environment that offers consistency and opportunities for growth? For the first month, youll be an essential part of our Packing Department. Your responsibilities will include:
+ Receiving finished film products and using a computer terminal to view specifications and measurements for crates and pallets.
+ Reading material order numbers and building crates and pallets around finished film products.
+ Using an overhead crane and slings to move rolls of film.
+ Securing crates and pallets with strapping guns.

**Work Site**
This is a fully on-site position in Chester, Virginia.
**Work Environment**
Youll be working in a manufacturing environment focused on polymer film. Start in the Packing Department, where youll build crates and pallets for finished products. Show promise and consistency, and youll move to the Recycling area, where youll receive a raise and further training to operate machines that shred and recycle flawed products.
