INTERNSHIP FORMAT In-Person: The format for this internship will be in-person, where the intern will be required to work on-site at one of our metro-Detroit locations. Some interns may be eligible for housing assistance per company policy. INTERNSHIP OVERVIEW

- Where : All internships are in the United States . Even remote work assignments must be completed within the United State s.
- Transportation: Interns are responsible for getting to and from work daily. Stellantis does not provide transportation to interns .

DEPARTMENT DETAILS Manufacturing intern assignments focus on Stellantis Production Way (SPW) processes, products and services in the following areas:
- Assembly Operations
- Engine and Transmission Manufacturing
- Manufacturing Planning and Control
- Manufacturing Engineering
- Stamping Operations
- Manufacturing Quality

- Pursuing an associate degree or higher from an accredited college or university.
- Able to work full-time, 40 hours per week during the internship.
- Must be willing and able to work in a manufacturing environment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Working towards a Bachelor's degree in a manufacturing-related program at an accredited university (e.g. Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering) or related field
- Demonstrated knowledge of LEAN manufacturing processes
- Willing to work in a manufacturing environment
- Strong interest in manufacturing and manufacturing operations in the automotive industry
- Completion of freshman year or higher at an accredited university by the spring of 2025
- GPA of 3.0 or higher (based on a 4.0 scale)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with MS Office Suite applications
- Capable of working both independently and as part of a team .
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various organizational levels and with external partners.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and achieve goals in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven leadership in academic pursuits, extracurricular activities, or service organizations.
