**Job Overview:**

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Manufacturing Lead to oversee daily production operations in our manufacturing facility. The Manufacturing Lead will be responsible for supervising a team of production workers, ensuring adherence to safety standards, and maintaining production schedules. This position requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of manufacturing processes to ensure high-quality and efficient production.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ **Team Leadership:** Supervise and mentor a team of production workers, including assigning tasks, setting expectations, and providing training and support to ensure optimal performance.

+ **Production Management:** Monitor daily production processes to ensure that production goals and deadlines are met. Collaborate with production teams to resolve any production delays or issues.

+ **Quality Control:** Ensure that all products meet quality standards and specifications. Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to identify defects and implement corrective actions.

+ **Safety & Compliance:** Enforce safety protocols and guidelines, ensuring that the team follows proper safety procedures and that the workspace is safe, organized, and clean.

+ **Process Improvement:** Continuously identify areas for improvement in production processes and work with management to implement solutions that enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve quality.

+ **Inventory Management:** Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and supplies needed for production, working with the purchasing team to ensure adequate stock without overstocking.

+ **Reporting & Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of production activities, employee performance, and equipment maintenance. Report on production output, downtime, and any issues to upper management.

+ **Troubleshooting:** Quickly address and resolve any equipment malfunctions or production issues that may arise during the production process.

+ **Collaboration:** Work closely with other departments such as Engineering, Maintenance, and Quality Assurance to support production goals and resolve issues.

+ **Training:** Assist in the onboarding and training of new employees, ensuring they understand their roles, safety procedures, and the company's production standards.

**Qualifications:**

+ **Experience:** 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or production, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.

+ **Technical Skills:** Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, machinery, and production systems. Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is a plus.

+ **Leadership Skills:** Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

+ **Problem-Solving:** Excellent troubleshooting and decision-making abilities to handle production challenges effectively.

+ **Safety Knowledge:** Strong knowledge of workplace safety standards and best practices in a manufacturing environment.

+ **Organizational Skills:** Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects while maintaining attention to detail and adhering to production schedules.

**Pay Details:** $22.00 to $28.00 per hour
