**Job Description**
Adecco Staffing is sourcing for a Manufacturing Lead to join our client's expanding team. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity. The Manufacturing Lead will work alongside operators at the company's facility, overseeing work assignments and production scheduling.

**Responsibilities**
**Your Challenge:**
+ Assign production tasks to employees to meet quality standards and production schedules.
+ Review and adjust schedules as needed to maintain efficiency and minimize downtime.
+ Enforce company policies, safety protocols, and housekeeping standards.
+ Provide coverage for production employees during absences.
+ Arrange maintenance and repairs for equipment and tools.
**Requirements**
**What You Bring:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred)
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints
+ 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
+ Experience with production scheduling
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Job shop experience
+ Familiarity with metal coatings
**Pay Details:** $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
