This position requires at least 3 years of relevant experience, strong supervisory and interpersonal skills, the ability to troubleshoot manufacturing issues, collaborate with management and vendors, enforce safety protocols, maintain accurate records, and familiarity with pretreatment chemical systems and manufacturing techniques, along with the physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs. and complete a respirator medical evaluation.! + Take a hands-on approach to troubleshoot and maintain powder coating equipment
+ Collaborate with personnel and vendors as needed
+ Train staff on proper manufacturing processes and procedures
**Pay Details:** $34.00 per hour
