- AWESOME COMPENSATION - Machine Operator positions start at $21.47 per hour with the opportunity to advance to $29.88 per hour, plus an additional $0.70 per hour shift differential.

Machine Operator - Essential Duties / Requirements:
- General labor, warehouse, or previous manufacturing experience. (Previous experience in manufacturing or machine operating a plus!)
- Pay strong attention to detail.
- Committed to promoting and maintaining workplace safety.
- Have the ability to understand and apply basic operating principles and techniques to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Frequently required to read.
- Have good mechanical and general aptitude, the ability to learn quickly, and operate heavy industrial equipment.
- Perform minor maintenance on equipment if needed.
- Forklift experience is helpful.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Trade school experience and/or a minimum of 1 year heavy industrial machine operation experience is recommended.
- Must be a team player.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check, physical and drug screening.
- Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts on nights and weekends, holidays, and also work overtime as required by production needs.
