Job Summary:
The Manufacturing Inspector is responsible for examining products and materials during various stages of the manufacturing process to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Set up machines for production runs, including loading materials and configuring settings.
- Conduct regular quality checks on products and materials during the manufacturing process.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and health regulations.
- Document production data, including quantities produced and any issues encountered.
- Conduct visual and physical inspections of materials, components, and finished products.
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of findings.
- Work under cleanroom environment wearing PPE kit.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in manufacturing or quality control is a plus.
- Previous experience in manufacturing or quality inspection preferred.
- Cleanroom environment experience is a must.
