Requirements Familiarity with maintenance management software or basic computer applications.Previous experience in a RV manufacturing maintenance role is a plus.Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
