Manufacturing Maintenance TechnicianWe are searching for an experienced Manufacturing Maintenance Technician at our Irving, TX facility. Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform all duties requested in a Safe manner in accordance with the organization's requirements.
- Perform scheduled activities regarding Preventive, Predictive and Corrective Maintenance per site specifications.
- Use site's Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to record activities as required.
- Support Production efforts by maintaining, repairing and assisting the efforts to maximize equipment uptime, yield and throughput.
- Support the site by assisting in Electrical, Mechanical and Controls Installation of new equipment.
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen, physical ability, and background check.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Required Qualifications:DESIRED QUALIFICATION:2-year technical degree in Electrical Controls, Industrial Automation orequivalent.Rockwell Logix MaintainerCOMPETENCIES:
- Ability read motor control logic schematics and drawings.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment controls on programmable logic controllers, SCADA, PC Controls.
- Ability to read electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics as well as troubleshoot and repair components and systems.
- Robotic controls and robotic mechanical repairs experience preferred,
- Ability to read, write, and orally communicate in English
- Ability to use acomputer for assigned tasks as needed, such as entering data into the CMMS.
