Job Description
Join our diverse team at Agilent as a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician, where you'll play a key role in maintaining and optimizing manufacturing equipment and processes. Shift: Day Monday - Friday 7 am to 3:30 pm
Key Responsibilities
* Provide technical support in the selection, installation, maintenance, and repair of manufacturing equipment.
* Collaborate with engineers to optimize production processes, ensuring high-quality output, improved cycle-time, and compliance with safety standards.
* Troubleshoot and test production equipment and processes to resolve technical issues efficiently.
* Assist in the development and improvement of manufacturing standards, processes, and procedures.
* Utilize technical documentation such as blueprints, manuals, and sketches to set up and maintain equipment.
* Support the qualification of raw materials and chemicals used in production.
* Compile and maintain accurate documentation of equipment maintenance, repairs, and process improvements.
* Assist in the design and creation of tools to improve production capabilities.
Qualifications
* Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; technical certifications preferred.
* Minimum of 6 years of proven experience in a manufacturing or technical support role.
* Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work with technical documentation.
* Experience in collaborating with engineers to improve manufacturing processes.
* Proficiency in working with various tools and equipment maintenance practices.

The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $34.46 - $53.85/hr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
