Minimum 15 Years experience in Automotive Manufacturing

Venteon is currently seeking an experienced Manufacturing Manager to fill an opening with an Automotive Supplier located in Metro Detroit. The ideal candidates should have hands-on experience in high-volume automotive part manufacturing and precision machining.

Requirements of the Manufacturing Manager

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
• 10+ years of supervisory experience
• Background in machining, CNC, lathes preferred

Responsibilities of the Manufacturing Manager

• Oversee Manufacturing
• Production planning
• Strategic engineering planning and decision making
• Oversee all building safety
• Interface with other departments to ensure engineering planning and execution flows to other departments smoothly
• Manage production to ensure delivery of products within cost, quality and timing targets
