Due to ongoing sequential growth, they're searching for a talented Manufacturing Manager to join their team.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

In the role of Manufacturing Manager, you will oversee your assigned product line(s), setting goals, decision-making, and driving execution with accountability toward department objectives. The Manufacturing Manager will also ensure full compliance with company quality systems, policies, procedures, best practices, and all safety regulations, policies, and procedures.

THE RIGHT CANDIDATE HAS:

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
• Seven-plus years of manufacturing experience in a highly automated environment.
• Five plus years of management experience with people leaders, hourly production associates, and engineering / technical associates.
• Ability to effectively read, write, and communicate in English.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
