This is Keysight - People and Culture - YouTube Responsibilities Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Manager to join our dynamic team. The Manufacturing Manager is responsible for overseeing the manufacturing operations to ensure efficient production, high-quality output, and adherence to safety standards. This role involves strategic planning, process improvement, and team leadership to drive operational excellence and meet production goals. Key Responsibilities: Leadership and Management: Lead and manage the manufacturing team, including operations manager, supervisors, and production staff. Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and performance. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements, implement Lean manufacturing principles to optimize production efficiencies Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for production issues. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute manufacturing strategies aligned with company goals. Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Eng., R&D, Supply Chain) to support product development and launch. Prepare and manage departmental budgets, monitoring expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities. Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain quality control procedures to ensure that we meet industry standards and customer requirements. Collaborate with the quality assurance team to implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives. Resource Allocation: Manage workforce scheduling, materials, and equipment to optimize production flow and minimize downtime. Reporting: Prepare and present operational reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics, challenges, and progress on improvement initiatives. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including engineering, supply chain, and quality assurance, to ensure alignment and support company objectives. Safety Management: Promote a safe work environment by enforcing safety protocols and conducting regular safety audits. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. 5+ years of experience in manufacturing management or a related role, with a proven track record of leading teams and improving processes. Strong knowledge of manufacturing systems, quality control methodologies, and safety regulations. Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team. Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with experience in using ERP and manufacturing software. Excellent problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
