Opportunity Description

Our client is a 20 Billion dollar manufacturing organization with locations around the globe. This facility in Pennsylvania is a 300,000 square foot operations with multiple departments. The facility has been recently upgraded with new equipment and has excellent processes. A Manufacturing Manager can quickly be promoted to an Operations Manager inside of this organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree preferred but not required
• 5+ years manufacturing - Packaging and or CPG
• Servant leadership style and excellent communication
• Metrics based decision making
• Experienced driving Continuous Improvement
