Manufacturing Operations Interns are located within one of our plants and are exposed to the wide range of operations across our site, including production, logistics, quality, continuous improvement, engineering, TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), management & more. Youll engage with leaders & associates throughout the site, as well as hands-on experience through ownership of a noteworthy project tied to your engineering degree. In addition, along with your fellow Interns across the company, youll participate in professional development & networking activities with leaders & professional in your field. Our goal is to provide you with a meaningful opportunity to discover the many career paths in manufacturing operations, with the potential to join us full-time upon graduation.
