Key Responsibilities:
General Duties:- Own broader P&L responsibilities for the site.
- Act as a standout leader, driving overall site activity and ensuring operational success.
- Oversee the tool room, engineering, and quality functions (dotted line to the Quality Manager).
- Participate in customer interactions, including audits and visits (although not directly leading audits).
Team Building & Restructuring:- Strengthen and build high-performing teams.
- Support organizational restructuring efforts to align with growth and operational goals.
Operational Oversight:- Manage the full operational process to ensure smooth factory functionality.
- Oversee all aspects of operations, ensuring adherence to best practices and efficiency.
Profile
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in manufacturing or related fields.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of team building and driving performance.
- Familiarity with P&L management, process optimization, and operational oversight.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
