A Technician operates as part of a high-performing team, focused on maintaining production flow, achieving performance goals, and upholding the quality expected by our customers. Under general supervision, they operate, monitor, and maintain equipment according to standards, make performance adjustments, and suggest improvements.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct effective shift exchanges with performance data and troubleshooting information.
- Maintain Work Instructions (WI) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Ensure accurate recording of production data.
- Perform maintenance, changeovers, and equipment adjustments.
- Support process improvements and material qualifications.
- Maintain a clean work area following 5S standards.
Requirements:
- HSD
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing operation
