Job Description:Pentair has a job opportunity for you!Join us as a Manufacturing Operator in our Chardon, OH.You will setup and operate equipment in the facility. This includes inspection of machined features to maintain quality, machine adjustments, and changing perishable tooling.What is in it for you?* Starting pay at $17.50 to $21/hr. depending on experience - weekly pay.* 11 paid holidays each year* 2 weeks of vacation to start (accrued weekly)* Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance* Up to 5% 401k match starting day one of employment.* Tuition reimbursement to support your education goals.More details about the opportunity:The facility manufactures poly glass pressure vessels, hydropneumatics pressure tanks, brine and water storage tanks which are commonly used in water purification systems, including water softeners and well systems for residential customers. You will read and understand standard work instructions, comply with safety standards and procedures as well as help maintain a clean and safe working environment.Job Duties:* Winding tank liner with fiberglass strands that are coated with a mixture of resin and hardener.* Produce the liners and/or air cells using blow mold presses.* Removing excess flashing as parts come off the presses, as well as quality inspection.* Offloading, assembling, filling, testing, and packaging tanks* Follow all 5S practices and supports lean activities, as well as safety regulations, policies, and procedures.Position hours/shift (Overtime Available!):1st shift: 6:45am to 5:15pm Monday - Thursday3rd Shift: 8:30pm to 7am Monday -ThursdayPhysical Requirements:Physical requirements are standing, walking, twisting at the waist, lifting, and lowering weights up to 50 pounds.
