Join us and youll be part of a family thats dedicated to innovation and excellence and dedicated to nourishing millions of families around the world.What You'll Work OnStart up and shutdown all equipment according to established procedures or specificationsPerform minor to major clearing of jams and downtime issues on the lineReports any abnormal equipment function or product problems to the SupervisorSafely operate of all equipment and promptly reports all incidents, injuries or safety hazardsMaintain a clean and safe work area by utilizing all 5S cleaning and tools necessary to keep the area clean and clear of debris, yet neat and organizedMaintain accurate and legible records such as Production Counts, Material Usage/Losses and properly document information on Batch Work orders as per the company proceduresAdhere to the product isolation procedures, along with sampling and proper identification of product statusMaintain adequate supply of materials to the equipment in operation, and also monitor supply usage and correct releasesTroubleshoots and make the necessary adjustments as required to maintain quality performanceEnsure both products and materials are of proper identification, correct codes and expiration datesComplete inspection of products and materials to ensure acceptable visual and physical appearanceThis position is accountable for all rules and regulations applicable to the manufacture of both pediatric and nutritional products.This position is accountable for complying with applicable FDA, GMP, OSHA and Abbott regulations, policies, procedures or guidelinesYoull be accountable for meeting our compliance standards including FDA, OSHA and Abbott policies and procedures.Pay and ShiftThe hourly pay for this position is$21.00/hour USD plus a 5% shift differential . This is anight shift position (6:30pm - 7:00am EST)with a 12-hour rotational shift schedule.SCHEDULE EXAMPLE:WEEK 1:WORK: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday: 6:30PM - 7:00AM EST.DAYS OFF: Wednesday AND Thursday.WEEK 2:WORK: Wednesday & Thursday: 6:30PM - 7:00AM EST.DAYS OFF: Monday, Tuesday AND Friday, Saturday & Sunday.Required QualificationsHigh school diploma or GEDA high level of attention to detailAbility to communicate pertinent line information to both production and support group personnelAbility to read and follow work order documentsTroubleshoot equipment breakdownsShould possess a good mechanical aptitude and solid problem-solving skillsPerform job tasks at different work times, on different work schedules and also in other departments dependent upon business needs.
