ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Stand and/or walk for long periods.
- Load/Unload suture products.
- Perform adjustments and tooling changes as needed.
- Comply with packaging requirements.
- Transfer packaged products and complete required documentation.
- Comply with safety regulations and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and well-organized work area.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts.
- Read, interpret, and follow work instructions and training materials using firm grasp of:
- Process specifications.
- Basic computer skills.
- Assess and input data into departmental/ plant information systems.
- Accurate record keeping via computer management systems.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Passing WorkKeys skills assessment score (to be given)
- Prior manufacturing experience a plus
- Transferrable skills from a regulated environment favorable
- Troubleshooting skills preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good work habits neatness, organizational skills, time management skills, etc.,
- Team player
SHIFT SCHEDULE
- The ability to work occasional overtime and some holidays is required.
- Availability to work rotating 12-hour day or night shifts 6:30 pm - 6:30 am (Rotating 4x4)
