Job Description:

PurposeThe purpose of the Manufacturing Process Analyst role is to support the Processing department with the innovation and advancement in procedures, equipment, and settings. This role comes with expectations to stay consistently proactive, support Processing leadership with project coordination and tracking, and communicate and report results and collection of information. The Manufacturing Process Analyst role must participate in their job with professionalism and safety, consistently working in collaboration with departments within the Processing department. The Manufacturing Process Analyst role will report to the Manager of Processing.

Essential Duties

Procedures & TasksThis role will focus its efforts on the coordination, tracking, and reporting of the innovation and advancements in Processing department procedures, equipment, and settings. Participate in learning and studying towards improving processes for the Processing department to support the advancement of the operation.The tasks and responsibilities will include collaboration with department leaders to initiate and monitor tests and projects, tracking and collecting the data, and analyzing the results. Will be responsible for the conduction and communication regarding current process tests and projects. Properly monitoring the progress and impact of the process tests and projects.Utilize the data to make detailed summary reporting, including a variety of details providing understanding the supply, cost, and quality impacts.Working within the Process Analyst Committee to collaborate and support with the Processing leadership and taking direction to support highest priority process test and projects.

Training RequirementsThis position will follow the direction and training by the Manager of Processing and Sr. Managers of Processing. The role is expected to engage in proactive participation to be able to achieve the high standard processing practices, consistently and compliant.Training towards PharmaCanns mission statement and leadership development.Understanding how to compliantly operate within the dept based on the state laws and regulations.

Workspace and Material MaintenanceThis position is responsible for the upkeep and tracking of delegated process tests and projects.This position is responsible for utilizing equipment and supplies provided by leadership properly, as trained. This position must report to leadership when the equipment operating with is malfunctioning.Responsible for sanitizing, cleaning, and maintaining of processing equipment and work area as instructed towards delegated process tests and projects.Direct the communication and reporting of process tests and projects with the Manager of Processing and relevant parties.

Compliance and Reporting Take instruction from Processing leadership towards upholding current laws and regulations for the processing facility. Adapt to updated laws and regulations to implement safe and effective practices to sustain highest quality standards and efficiencies.Take instruction from leadership with updating and tracking all required information in the Test Trackers and other relevant sheets for the role.Any compliance or safety mistake or error created must be addressed, reported, and resolved. Communication with appropriate leadership to ensure resolution.

SupervisionWorks under the direct supervision of the Manager of Processing.This position is expected to follow and obey the company policies.

Working Conditions Able to use a computer and/or hand tools while sitting or standing for extended periods of time.Able to move about an indoor agricultural, typical manufacturing and warehouse environment. This position is part of a fast paced environment. Working in warmer, agricultural conditions, wearing cover-all uniforms for protective layering.Able to kneel, bend, reach, rotate, and stoop on an intermittent to regular basis daily.Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds occasionally.Consistent on-time attendance for all scheduled shifts. Prepared for full 40 hour week working scheduled shifts with occasional overtime shifts to complete daily and weekly objectives.

Job Qualifications

Work ExperiencePreferred at least 3 months employment with PharmaCann to apply.Preferred at least 1 year of prior agricultural or manufacturing experience to apply.Experience working in a fast-paced production environment required. Demonstrates ability to consistently achieve productivity and performance requirements. Demonstrates professional and respectful demeanor towards others.
