Manufacturing Process Engineer Join our client, a global leader in the manufacturing of innovative fiberglass products, as a Manufacturing Process Engineer. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact for the organization and your career.As a Manufacturing Process Engineer, you will reportdirectly to the Plant Manager, providing essential tactical support to plant operations and production. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting common and special cause problems, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, and implementing corrective actions. Additionally, you will develop and maintain ISO documents, and conduct training sessions on process procedures and issue resolutions for the primary workforce.Responsibilities: Assist in the resolution of common and special cause problems within the operations.Use data to detect trends in KPIs, help develop and implement actions to remedy.Respond to customer complaints and/or issues.Create and maintain ISO & training documents.Develop and update process procedures and provide training on issue resolutions.Instruct and train the primary workforce in quality.Assist in the training/job enhancement of all incumbents for all job classifications.Analyzes work methods of qualified employees to determine appropriate training methods. Supports process development trials. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electro-Mechanical preferred) with 3-5 years of relevant experience.A strong commitment to safety.Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving.The ability to apply statistical tools and engineering principles to analyze data effectively.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
