Job Objective: The Manufacturing & Production Associate plays an essential role in the production of our Hook and Loop technology! This person is responsible for operating a variety of manufacturing equipment while following established standard operating procedures, maintaining safety, quality, and time standards.
Essential Job Functions: - Responsible for maintaining a safe work environment.
- Operate complex manufacturing equipment following established procedures and Control Plans.
- Read and interpret the Discrete Job Routing Sheet.
- Perform quality checks as required.
- Complete necessary computer transactions or paperwork.
- Maintain established production standards.
- Accountable for personal goals and the department's team goals.
- Individual must demonstrate the capability to learn to operate in several different departments after required training has been met.
- Ability to successfully complete training and operate powered industrial trucks
Job Qualifications:- High School Diploma and/or GED required.
- Previous experience operating production machinery to set standards.
- Demonstrated proficiency in the operation of multiple processes.
- Demonstrated computer literacy.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new processes.
