We are looking to employ a detail-oriented Manufacturing Production Manager with an emphasis on managing production, staff, schedules and quality assurance. The Production Manager's responsibilities include regularly providing production status updates to management and facilitating the timely delivery of products to customers. You should also be able to closely monitor the production process to ensure that production orders are completed on time, to quality expectations, and within budget.

To be successful as a Production Manager, you should be knowledgeable of production planning and efficiencies and be able to manage production deadlines. Ultimately, an exceptional Production Manager should demonstrate excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills to ensure that production operations run smoothly.

Manufacturing Production Manager Responsibilities:

· Regularly produce and maintain the production schedule for all orders to meet customer deadlines while maximizing efficiency and minimizing costs.

· Review on a regular basis progress of all orders and assess the impact of new jobs on the production schedule and communicating any changes to appropriate parties.

· Reinforce and manage processes and procedures with production staff to ensure the desired culture is achieved in a manufacturing environment and apply corrective actions when necessary.

· Champion quality control for Production ensuring that all workers are aware of quality expectations for goods

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, procurement, and logistics to ensure seamless execution of the production schedule.

· Promptly addressing and resolving production issues to minimize delays in production and errors are eliminated.

· Recommending viable solutions to reduce production costs as well as improve production processes and product quality.

· Compiling status and performance reports and submitting them to management in a timely manner.

· Analyze production data and key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field

· Proven experience in production planning and scheduling, preferably in a manufacturing environment

· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

· Proficiency in production scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite

· Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop team members.

Compensation details: 70000-85000 Yearly Salary
