Job Title: Temp Seasonal Manufacturing Production Specialist Mid November-Feburary- Interviewing this week!Location: Manhattan, NY (100% Onsite)Duration: November to FebruaryHours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, with mandatory weekend shifts from Cyber Monday to New Year's Eve. Weekend hours mirror weekday hours.Company Overview:We are an innovative technology company connecting the Jewerly industry's ecosystem-from manufacturers and retailers to consumers-through advanced e-commerce and supply chain platforms.Job Summary:We are seeking a Seasonal Manufacturing Production Associate to join our production team for the holiday season. This role is critical in assigning and processing work on the factory floor, requiring keen attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and strong communication skills.Responsibilities:

• Support production operations by assigning and processing orders on the factory floor.
• Communicate order details to QA team, jewelers, setters, and polishers accurately and promptly.
• Maintain accurate order records in the factory tracking system, adhering to SOPs.
• Assist with the distribution of work across the factory, ensuring clear communication between teams.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and urgency in completing tasks.
• Clear and effective communicator.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Slack, and general computer applications.
• Ability to follow directions accurately.
• Availability to work weekends during peak holiday season (November-December).
• Comfortable with both standing and desk work.
• Spanish fluency preferred.

Interview Process:

Behavioral Interview with Director of Manufacturing Operations.

Skills Assessment: Candidates will sort a stack of envelopes by date and type, allowing us to observe time management and approach.

Excel Assessment Test: Candaniates must pass a excell test for employment
