Our leading technologies and our ability to apply them safety and effectively create value for our customers and shareholders.Partner with the bestAs a Manufacturing Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for:* Oversight and management of front-line manufacturing employees. Typically managing hourly employee populations.* Responsible to exchange data and information interaction concerns and also improvements in products, processes and procedures.* Handles standardized manufacturing processes. Guidelines for choosing the right actions. Processes and procedures are frequently updated by other functions and have to be implemented in the department.* Leads a small manufacturing unit or a part of a bigger unit with a budget > $ 1.5 million.Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:* Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Manufacturing).* Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Production Supervision.Work in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
