- Produce Fluoropolymer products in a fast-paced environment, achieving established production levels.
- Prepare work to be accomplished by studying work instructions, specifications, and parts lists; gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Be attentive to detail to product quality products in an efficient manner.
- Follow established safety rules and regulations
Requirements
- High school education or GED
- Exceptional eye hand coordination
- Able to concentrate while doing repetitive tasks
- Able to work quickly and methodically
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Basic Microsoft Office experience
- Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 2:00pm to 12:30am
Physical Requirements
- Ability to use hands to handle, feel, and move product or materials
- Ability to frequently sit and stand for several hours, walk, reach within hands and arm's length, stoop, kneel and crouch.
- Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
- Close visual acuity to perform activities such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; visual inspection involving small defects, small parts, and/or operation of machines (including inspection); using measurement devices; and/or assembly or fabrication parts at distances close to the eyes.
- Team members are subjected to extreme heat. Temperatures above 90°F for periods of more than two hours.
