What's Expected (including but not limited to):Effectively time manage between completing daily inbound raw materials and finished product inspections using Acceptable Quality Limits (AQL) and performing Pass or Fail testing on inbound raw materials and finished products based on AQL.Heavy focus on inbound shipments inspections, requiring continual lifting of up to 50 poundsMaintaining daily data entry and detailed record-keeping in Excel, SharePoint, and other Microsoft platforms is a necessity Daily quality audits for manufacturing and warehouse Effectually manage the process of communication once AQL is deemed a pass or failManage RMA process and inspectionsInitial inspection of RMAReport RMA inspection findings and follow the standard communication processManage RMA inventoryClose RMA casesComfortable with the responsibility of creating and communicating Quality Alert's throughout the organization based on product non-conformanceResponsible for making samples for Product Development approvalAssist Product Development team with quality and product creation requestsMinimum Requirements:Must be 18 years of age or olderAssociated Degree desired or the equivalent related experience HS Diploma or GED requiredThree years of experience in quality standardsMust be legally authorized to work in the United States and have IDs needed to verifyEnglish proficient (reading, writing, speaking, comprehensionComputer savvy; proficient with Microsoft Office programs (including but not limited to Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, Word)Education/Experience/License Requirements:Associate Degree desired or the equivalent related experienceHS Diploma or GED requiredThree years of experience in quality standardsMUST HAVE:Ability to prioritize effectively and operate efficiently; use sound judgment to make rational decisions; ability to recognize opportunities and evoke change where applicable; must be objective v. subjective; strong follow-up skills; intrapersonal skills; excellent communication skills; attention to detail and process orientation, and solid problem-solving skills.About BEDGEAR® PERFORMANCE®Launched in 2009, BEDGEAR® is the brand of Performance® that provides innovative bedding by focusing on an active lifestyle and well-being.
