🔹 Bachelor's in Engineering (Industrial or Mechanical Engineering)
🔹 5+ years in Quality Engineering in sheet metal, thermoforming, or plastics
🔹 Strong background in Lean Six Sigma, GD&T, and metrology
🔹 Hands-on leadership—supervising a team of 3 Quality Techs while staying technical
