They are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Manufacturing Representative to join the team and help expand market presence. As a Manufacturing Representative, you will be the key point of contact between our company and our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include promoting our products, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth. You will work closely with our sales and production teams to ensure that client needs are met and that our products exceed their expectations. Job Description
  • Sales and Promotion: Develop and execute strategies to promote and sell our products to new and existing clients. Conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our products.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Use this information to tailor your sales approach and identify new opportunities.
  • Order Processing: Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Monitor order status and address any issues that may arise during the process.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback. Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance and market conditions.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with product specifications, industry standards, and technological advancements. Provide clients with expert advice and guidance on product selection and usage.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, marketing department, and production staff to ensure alignment and achieve company goals.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or a similar role within the manufacturing industry. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes, product specifications, and industry trends. Technical aptitude and the ability to grasp complex product information.
  • Attributes: Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
