About This Role:
As the Manufacturer Sales Representative for Fotile America LLC, this role works closely with the internal New Business Development Department and supports the Mainstream sales strategy by calling on accounts in assigned territories, either provided by the company, or the Representative, and/or a combination of both. Acting as an extension of the company's brand and focus on innovation & wellness, this role serves as a conduit between the FOTILE America team and target regional accounts to ensure alignment, collaboration, and sustainable success.

Responsibilities:
Coordinate closely with the FOTILE Internal New Business Development team on account entry success and help to achieve annual sales goals. Identify and open up prospective new accounts for FOTILE SKUs in the assigned territories through networking, FOTILE-provided buyer referrals, and cold calls.Build brand awareness for FOTILE among clients in the assigned territories by presenting product features and benefits, maintaining frequent interaction, and providing ongoing marketing packages. Assist in negotiating business contracts, pricing, and terms & conditions with assigned clients on behalf of the FOTILE team.Manage and monitor sales performance and product lifecycle at designated retailers within the assigned territory, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering repeat business opportunities.Participate in the planning and execution of all FOTILE-sponsored promotional events, POP, and product & marketing materials displays for assigned retailers in the assigned territories.Regularly travel to attend client meetings, store visits, trade shows, and industry events in the assigned territories.Provide ongoing training sessions on product features, usage, key sales points, and benefits to enhance the confidence and expertise of assigned clients, retailers, and distributors, empowering them to effectively promote and sell Fotile products to end users.Identify opportunities and expand FOTILE's retail presence with existing and new retail clients by increasing the number of SKUs and Stores.Coordinate and assist in managing Fotile's online sales at developed accounts as a secondary channel. Act as the conduit between Fotile and accounts for all product assets for online posting. Ad hoc duties as assigned, including but not limited to conducting in-market competitive research as needed to provide insight into client needs, competitive landscape, and market trends.Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- More than 5 years of Manufacturer Sales Representative experience is preferred.
- Sufficient knowledge of major appliance sales with assigned accounts preferred.
- Experience in relationship management with appliance buyers/merchants preferred.
- Sales Experience in the Electric Home Appliance industry is a plus.
- A team player with strong communication, interpersonal, and PC literate skillset.
