The expected annual salary range for this role is $120075.03 - $176110.04 a year.

What you'll do:
Are you ready to explore exciting opportunities and make a significant impact? As a Manufacturing Services Manager, you'll be responsible for operational performance and have overall responsibility for the day-to-day activities, from purchase order to shipment, across 6 hardware product lines for Eaton's Power Reliability Division (PRD).
In this dynamic role, you'll lead and develop a talented team of 8 individuals in the US and Canada. You will have the opportunity to work closely with diverse cross functional teams throughout Eaton and leverage our suppliers to help ensure customers receive on-time delivery of quality products.
You will be based at Eaton's Plymouth, MN site (approximately 15 miles west of Minneapolis) or Waukesha, WI site (approximately 20 miles west of Milwaukee) and may have up to 10% annual travel throughout North America. Relocation assistance is available!

Key Responsibilities:
* LEADERSHIP: Lead and develop a team of employees that manages Electronics Manufacturer Service (EMS) providers and strategic partners to introduce and deliver world-class electronic products to our customers.
* COST MANAGEMENT: Establish and implement short and long-term strategies for continued cost reduction and value improvement across the global organization.
* SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT: Identify strategic, preferred, and developmental suppliers. Work with EMS providers, strategic partners, and other component suppliers to increase value, quality, and delivery performance and technology solutions to benefit Eaton. Establish and maintain manufacturing strategies and models to mitigate risk associated with producing goods and services through EMS suppliers, partners, and venders.
* ELECTRONICS MANUFACTURING SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT: Work with a variety of internal teams (including Marketing, Engineering, Production Test, Production Planners, Quality, and Strategic Sourcing) to develop maintainable production models for world-class electronic products.
* RISK MITIGATION: Use proactive problem-solving skills to ensure delivery of our products to our customers and to reduce the risk of line down events.
* FINANCIAL ANALYSIS: Utilize strong financial acumen to undertake spend analysis, understand the source of the data, and detect anomalies in erroneous reporting.
* SUPPLY CHAIN EXECUTION: Work with Eaton supply chain managers to achieve cost saving goals.
Qualifications:
Basic (Required) Qualifications
* Bachelor of Science Degree from an accredited institution.
* Minimum of eight (8) years of experience working in electrical or electronic product manufacturing.
* Minimum of two years of experience as a leader of people.
* Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in engineering.
* Five or more years of experience working with electronic components and assemblies.
* Ten or more years of experience in manufacturing.
