We're seeking a passionate and experienced Remote Manufacturing Software Implementation Consultant to play a pivotal role in our dynamic projects. As part of our team, you'll collaborate with clients to implement cutting-edge software solutions, driving efficiency, and transforming their operations. Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with clients to implement Functional Process Applications, ensuring the success of our projects and exceeding client expectations. Lead the information gathering and design process, crafting functional business requirements and solution scope documents. Configure client business solutions to optimize processes and enhance productivity. Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure software configurations meet client needs. Provide engaging and informative training sessions for clients' key and end users, empowering them to utilize our software effectively. Offer expert consultancy and best practice advice to clients, guiding them through the implementation process. Achieve project objectives while maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. Provide regular updates on project status to internal stakeholders. Qualifications: Previous experience in ERP software implementation, ideally within manufacturing or related industries. Strong understanding of process manufacturing, warehouse management, and ERP logistics. Proven track record in leading full lifecycle implementations of ERP systems. Willingness to travel occasionally throughout North America (US and Canada) as needed. Exceptional communication skills and ability to convey complex business processes clearly. Experience in leading software configuration and functional implementation is highly desirable. Familiarity with M3 software or other finance software utilized in process manufacturing is a plus.
