Key Responsibilities:
- Software Development & Monitoring: Work with stakeholders to develop and implement software for shop floor monitoring. Enhance existing MES functionality to improve efficiency.
- System Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Ensure MES systems are running optimally, handling hardware/software upgrades, maintaining network infrastructure, and troubleshooting any system issues.
- Report Generation & Data Analysis: Extract data from MES systems and generate insightful reports to support decision-making processes.
- Documentation & Training: Create detailed documentation on MES systems and provide training for technicians and users.
- Client Communication: Serve as the point of contact between manufacturing and IT, ensuring MES systems align with client and organizational needs.
Technical Skills Required:
- Programming Languages: Proficient in Vue 3.X, Java 17.X, Springboot 2.7.X, .Net Framework 4.8, NginX, Tomcat, ASP.NET, and C#.
- Database & Application Management: Experience with Maria DB, Tibero, Oracle 11g, SQL Server, and working with application servers on Windows/Linux platforms.
- PL/SQL & MES Debugging: Expertise in writing PL/SQL statements, debugging MES applications, and a solid understanding of Kubernetes architecture and tools like Helm and Kustomize.
- Automation & Scripting: Proficiency in Bash, Python, and managing Kubernetes environments.
- PLC Knowledge: Basic understanding of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC).

- Certified Manufacturing Technology Professional (CMfgT) – SME Certification in manufacturing technologies.
- APICS CPIM – Focus on production planning and inventory management.
- ISA-95 Certificate Program – Expertise in integrating enterprise and control systems.

- Rockwell Automation MES Certification
- Siemens SIMATIC IT MES Certification
- Oracle Manufacturing Cloud Certification
- IT and Project Management Certifications:
- PMP, Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) are highly desirable.
