Manufacturing Specialist-TestWe are growing! Our state-of-the-art facility in Erie has an exciting opportunity for experienced Test Operators. Reporting to the Manufacturing Supervisor, our Test Operators are integral part of the team tasked with testing electronic assemblies, sub assemblies, components, systems units and parts according to established procedures.If you want to work alongside a smart team that is thoughtful, collaborative, adaptable all while totally focused on providing a superior customer product, Apply Now! Our Test Operators are dynamic self-starters who adapt to an evolving environment, thrive under pressure of meeting deadlines along with a strong work ethic.What you'll do:Test electronic products, components and systems for electrical continuity, function and reliability on a variety of test platforms and static stress chambers.Determine if the designated product passes all test cycles and collect diagnostic information needed to isolate any product failure.Inspect product for correct placement and orientation of untested components, physical damage or contamination.Place the appropriate test marks on all electronics that pass the test.Enter test yield data into appropriate process control system.Perform routine preventative maintenance on testers, chambers, fixtures, carrier cards, etc.What will make you stand out?Working knowledge of mechanics and electrical systems.Familiarity with automated and manual test equipment.Previous OEM or EMS industry experience highly desirable.Strong analytical, problem-solving and innovative solution capabilities.Above average communication ability using strong listening skills and logical, systematic approach to assimilating and sharing information in all areas.What we offer?Full benefits 1st day of employment (health, dental, vision, etc.).401k with company match.Paid time off and paid holidays.What we value:Integrity and sense of mutual respect.Sense of humor.
