Our client is seeking an intelligent, highly motivated, positive, results-oriented individual to become the Night Shift Manufacturing Supervisor in Darlington, PA.As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and coaching a production team. You will also be expected to model an unyielding dedication to safety, quality, and productivity, while enjoying the personal satisfaction of contributing to newly constructed homes for families.Must haves: Leadership Exp. (Op/Admin), 'Start-Up' Mentality, Self-Motivated, High Energy, Strong Communication and Time Management.Degree: BA/BS (Required) – Prefer manufacturing experience.Base plus bonus and great benefits- relocation is on a case-by-case basis.
