Manufacturing Supervisor Overnight
3rd Shift
9 PM to 6 AM
With occasional early arrival and/or extended shift required, working 5 to 7 days per week depending on production.
Position Summary:
The Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for a Mat Line fiberglass production group; including safety, quality, delivery, and productivity and performance management. Responsible for making recommendations and supporting continuous improvement, 6S and Lean manufacturing concepts, while actively encouraging associate involvement.

· Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word). Ability to troubleshoot and self-educate new or unfamiliar software.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills to converse with employees and upper management.
· Problem solving in a fast past manufacturing environment.

Additional Information
Our production schedule is such that we are working 6-7 days/week, and this Supervisor would need to be available by phone on the weekends, with the occasional on-site presence required. This individual would interface with our other two shift supervisors on a daily basis, and would also assist with our Die Cut Department as needed.
Experience:
· 3-5 years of recent experience in a high volume, fast-paced manufacturing plant, preferably in similar industry.
· Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role. Experience supervising off-shift, diverse workforce preferred.
· Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
Education:
· High school diploma or GED equivalent.
· College degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
