This **Manufacturing Support Team Member** will assist the Group Leader and Building Officer for Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM) Missile/Reentry Systems warhead and missile production leading a group of represented, non-exempt employees. This position provides safety and security oversight of nuclear weapon processing activities as the Supervisor in the Vertical Missile Packaging Building and Service Unit Operations conducted at the Strategic Weapons Facility Pacific (SWFPAC). Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Direct supervision of the hourly workforce.

- Workload analysis, prioritization, planning, assignment and execution; coordination of operational requirements with various organizations.

- Ensuring strict nuclear safety and security standards are met or exceeded.

- Ensuring procedural compliance in the conduct of all processing activities.

- Ensuring production quality standards are met or exceeded.

- Preparation of production reports.

- Provision of technical on-the-job training.

The selected candidate will participate in the Navy's Personnel Reliability and Nuclear Weapon Radiological Controls Programs (PRP and RADCON). PRP requires applicant to submit to careful screening, selection and continuous evaluation process to ensure only those demonstrating the highest degree of individual reliability, trustworthiness, personal conduct and integrity are selected. The Manufacturing Support Team Member will consistently monitor employee activity against PRP standards and will be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance.

**This position requires an Interim Secret to start. U.S. Citizenship required.

**Basic Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education. Equivalent experience must be within nuclear weapons enterprise.

- Ability to qualify for and willingness to participate in the PRP (Navy Personnel Reliability Program).

- Ability to qualify for and willingness to participate in the RADCON (Radiation Controls) program.

- Familiarity with Microsoft office suite.

- Demonstrated knowledge of Nuclear Weapons Processing Operations.

- Demonstrated knowledge of procedures used for nuclear weapons processing.

- US Citizenship required with the ability to obtain and maintain DoD Top Secret Security clearance. Cannot be a dual citizen. Interim Secret Clearance required prior to start.
