Implement preventative controls to eliminate future production discrepancies, enhancing quality and reducing downtime. Identify and implement process improvements that optimize production workflows and increase output. Train new employees on proper manufacturing processes and techniques, ensuring that they follow established procedures. Collaborate daily with the department supervisor to assess and resolve escalating issues that may impede production. Use your technical expertise to work closely with production, engineering, and planning teams to resolve any technical challenges. Leverage your knowledge of F-16 assembly to quickly prevent and mitigate any production impacts. This is a 1st shift position, but you must be willing to work overtime as needed to support customer demands. Proficient in identifying and resolving production issues and implementing preventive controls. An experienced trainer, capable of teaching new employees proper manufacturing processes to ensure consistency and quality. A proactive problem solver who can identify process inefficiencies and make recommendations for improvement. Knowledgeable in F-16 assembly, enabling you to foresee and mitigate potential production disruptions. Able to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks, while maintaining close communication with supervisors and team members. Experience manufacturing principles, Quality, Cost and Schedule Experience in Lean Manufacturing Experience working closely with a workforce represented by a Collective Bargaining Agreement.
