Job Details

First Shift: Monday - Friday day shift

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of production line workers and equipment operators
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and sanitation standards and regulations
  • Monitor and adjust production processes and equipment to optimize efficiency and productivity
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or problems that arise during production
  • Train, coach, and evaluate the performance of production line workers
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of production data, such as output, waste, downtime, and inventory
  • Communicate and collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance, engineering, and logistics, to ensure smooth operation and customer satisfaction
  • Implement and support continuous improvement initiatives and best practices
  • Read and follow production records, machine SOPs, and Safety Manuals
