- Previous experience working in a manufacturing or construction environment with knowledge of manufacturing materials and tools
- Finishing experience in painting, sanding, and prep work is considered an asset
- Experience with proper material handling techniques
- Physical dexterity, ability to be active on the job
- Strong communication, organizational and time-management skills
- Must understand the importance of maintaining a safe work environment and willing to constantly utilize Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Proficient computer knowledge
- Steel-toed shoes required
- Must be able to work 4 days on, 4 days off, 12-hour shift rotation
