Job Summary:
The Manufacturing Technician/Associate is responsible for the efficient operation of machinery and equipment in the manufacturing process. The role includes monitoring production processes, maintaining equipment, ensuring product quality, and adhering to safety standards. The operator will work closely with the production team to ensure that production goals are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a manufacturing operator or in a similar production role.
- Ability to operate machinery and equipment in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with safety procedures and quality control processes.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment that may involve exposure to noise, heat, or dust.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including shift work if needed.
