Job Title: Manufacturing Technician

Job Location: Carlsbad, CA

Job Duration: 6 months+ (Possibilities of Extension)

Pay range: $23.00/Hour. on W2 Primary responsibilities include:

· Operate Hot Pouch Sealer.

· Perform taping operations by hand.

· Perform pouch filling operation.

· Weighing filled pouches for proper liquid contents using a balance or a scale (ability to

understand numeric weight range).

· Manipulating filled pouch with hands or fixture to remove air bubbles.

· Assembling a finished device.

· Calibrating blood gas analyzers.

· Perform pre-fill testing of sample solution on blood gas analyzer and documenting

results (obtaining value information from analyzer).

· Generating bar code labels.

· Visually inspect parts according to quality criteria.

· Perform final boxing of solution pack assembly.

· Perform daily cycle counts of materials

· Must be computer literate and have work experience using Excel.

Completion of routers.
