Requirements:

  • Two-year technical

  • Four-year Vocational HS

  • Some soldering experience preferred

    Responsibilities:

  • Performs the set-up, calibration, testing and troubleshooting of components, instruments and mechanical assemblies.

  • Troubleshoot printed wiring assemblies

  • Interpret and follow technical drawings and diagrams

  • Tests devices to ensure proper functionality and looks for trends providing root cause analysis

  • Collaborate with engineers and other team members to ensure that electronic systems meet quality and safety standards

  • Provide a failure report based on failure

  • Actively seeks opportunities to streamline and improve all production activities across all functional teams in a collaborative manner.

  • Follows in-process inspection procedures, checks quality of work visually, and verifies inspections by completing records.

  • Able to work occasional overtime or support critical issues when needed.

  • Escalates barriers and issues immediately to supervisor and necessary support functions.

  • Responsible for the manufacturing and assembly of products and supporting all aspects of the production line.

  • Ability to follow all safety procedures and programs per company policies.

  • This could include but is not limited to lockout/tagout, fall protection and any other safety procedures necessary to complete the work assignment safely.
