Job Description Summary
The manufacturing technician position will be part of the manufacturing team and will be an integral part of the following activities: manufacturing of reagents and solutions, manufacturing of consumable assemblies, kitting and packaging of consumables.
Essential Functions
Ability to work with and follow written and verbal procedures
Familiarity with working in a laboratory and practices for working in a laboratory
Ability to work with pipettes, scales, tweezers, and general lab equipment
Ability to work with lab automation equipment
Ability to work with microscopes
Ability to prioritize and manage tasks and projects
Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
Ability to lift 20 lbs.

Microsoft Office skills
Ability to work with an ERP/MRP system
Ability to process and analyze data
Ability to communicate effectively with team members and managers

This is an on-site position based in Carlsbad, California

Required Education and Experience
High school diploma.
2 years relevant industry experience
