Our client in the manufacturing industry is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join their team. As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have experience working in a manufacturing environment.Job Title: Manufacturing TechnicianLocation: St. Louis, MOPay rate: $22.00 First shiftTraining on first shift 6am-2:30pm (about 2 months)Pay rate: $22.00 W/10% Shift differential3rd shift - Mon, Tues, Wed, and Thurs (10-hour shifts)10pm - 8:30am the next day.   • Operate processing equipment, including filter integrity testing, Watson Marlow pumps, Omnispense pumps, autoclaves, and high throughput bag line
  • Perform production operations, including handfilling, aseptic gowning and qualification, setting up hand fill in Class 100 clean room, setting up Watson Marlow in Class 100 clean room, setting up Omnispense in Class 100 clean room, disinfecting Class 100 clean room, Sporklenz Class 100 clean room, qualified to fill bottles/filling bags, delivering products to warehouse via motorized pallet jack, cleaning up equipment and working areas after production operations, coordinating appropriate disposal of waste and completing compliance documentation, and supporting all activities of Manufacturing Tech I
  • Communicate and document the status of processes, products, and equipment, including communicating the status of production operations/equipment and bringing deviations to the attention of the supervisor, providing a complete and accurate batch record at the conclusion of production operations consistent with quality guidelines, and being able to execute batch records in SAP (eBR), ensuring all applicable log books have been filled out completely as required by current procedures
  • Perform operations in compliance with rules and in a safe, orderly manner, including following production procedures and safety policies at all times, using, cleaning, and storing all personal protective gear appropriately, labeling all in-process equipment and containers properly, taking the necessary action to resolve any unsafe conditions, participating in required safety and quality training and other related activities, maintaining good housekeeping in laboratory and working areas, performing In-Process assays when trained, and setting up, dispensing, and packaging technically challenging products
  • Training on first shift 6am-2:30pm (about 2 months), Temp to hire, Interviews will be conducted onsite, Physical required, Clean Shave for respirator
